Ice Dial.

Weapon Name: Ice Dial.
Description: Works basically as a water dial . When the water is shot out the dial it is freezed by the dial. The water turns ice a little while after being shot out of the dial it has a slow-effect freezing so it takes something to freeze.

Electric Dial.
Weapon Name: Thunder Dial.
Description: A dial that stores electrical discharges, for it to work is has to be filled with electricity. It can be recharged as many times as the user wants to. To recharge it pass electricity into it or let a lightining strike it. It can be used as an electrical source or to electrocute foes.
