History:

Bart grew up in one of the islands in the East Blue. He had no particular aspirations to become anything or be anyone in particular, he simply followed the family tradition of joining the marines. Bart floated around the marines for a while doing nothing in particular.However, he showed a skill , he caught many pirates who had a bounty of 30,000,000 beli or less, his reasoning being it was the easier thing to do.

This caught the attention of the marines considering the low bounty capture rate in the east blue had jumped by at least 100 % more than the previous capture rate. They made him a lieutenant once he reached the age of 17, a rare occurrence for any marine. However his lack of ambition had stunted him to that position. He was later recruited by Martello since Martello saw something in Bart that would make him a valuable asset to Archangels. Bart represents "Sloth" on the Archangels

Personality:

He is lazy and disinterested in many things. He actually has sizable ability but he doesnt know and want to use it. Bart spends most of his time being lazy and does not really take iniative unless it comes to preserving his own life. Bart is not known for being cruel , in fact he is a rather kind guy with no real blood or beef with anyone. However, he can use weapons rather well and can be considered to be quite strong
