History:
Eli was born in the inhabited part of Sabaody Archipelago and his father owned a mechanic shop for boats and was also part of the navy, and was one of a few people to know Rokushikis, but his father did something else. He would make and use guns and ammunition, and Eli’s father taught him how to build both ships and gun things. His father also trained him to use guns and to use the Rokushiki Soru and by age 12 he could hit almost any target he pleased dead on. His mother also taught him to cook, claiming it would give him opportunity in the work force. It was then, his father fearing he would marksmen use his abilities for evil, took his guns. Eli, outraged, took his guns back and ran away, hitching a ride to a nearby island. It was there, in an abandoned warehouse, where he set up an ultimate blacksmith station. It was equipped with 5 tables for working on guns and such, and a living space. He also built a small ship for going places. On one of his adventures, he found a strange looking fruit, he then realized it was a Devils Fruit! But, he wanted to keep his ability to swim, then he had an idea. He combined the devils fruit with metal and made bullets with that metal. Finding he had made a successful bullet batch, he decided to do this with other devils fruits. In the next 3 years, he would kill many people, invade many navy bases and search islands just for devils fruits. He only found two devils fruits that were usable, and is still looking for more.

Personality:
Eli is quiet... very quiet. He doesn't speak much, only when spoken to or when a situation calls for it. He's very smart, tactical, always considering pros, cons, and consequences of others actions and his own. Yet he is neutral, and very blunt. Eli likes to cook, because it reminds him of his mother and also like the outcome of cooking, food. He also enjoyes, even though he is usually quiet, a good conversation with an interesting person. He dislikes it when he is called scum for being a pirate, which happened a lot in his solo days of travel. He also explodes when he is called short.
