Name: Hakushi Hakushi no mi (Beat Beat/Tempo Tempo Fruit)
Capabilities: Allows the user to synchronize anyone to his movements. The user can sync anyone around him to his movements or to others movements, but only if they agree to him. Walking is in sync, Breathing in Sync, and Heartbeat is in sync. When someone agrees when he asks to join the tempo, he will use his body to emit a wave that will sync the movements of the two people together. The link can be broken if it is cast on someone who did not agree or if one of the people under the effect is horribly injured.

(Trying to make a fun-loving fruit for dancing with many restrictions in fighting. I think that mind/body control/alter must be agreed upon by the user and target. So it would be a "Contract" Paramecia. This is just a prototype, I would understand fully if you decline. I know about the fruit bans)
