Characters

1. Talitha "Feral" Blythe
A young Rear admiral with a strong will and sense of justice. Not exactly a rolemodel when it comes to following orders or doing paperwork.
In fights, she uses her Zoan devilfruit to transform into a hybrid or full lynx, and has been known to change between those forms rapidly, faster than most others ever would. Her strong will wins her even seemingly impossible fights.

2. Johan Frideswide
A revolutionary with extremely bad luck. Quite a clutz, but basically goodhearted. Not harmless, though. Few know just how little the word "harmless" describes him.
Always equipped with a cutlass and a rifle, he's a good combatant, a jack of all trades, rather than a master of one. His true strenght, though, are his followers, who would not hesistate to die for him.

3. Sabin Feardorcha
A young and close to blind girl from an upperclass (and I mean waaay upperclass) family, sent out for a reason she doesn't know, but fully intends to find out.

Advanced Area

1. Paige "Amber" Conleth
A young girl with a knack for setting things on fire, impulsive and happy go lucky. Tries to avoid her old crew, due to some... past happenings, and is not looking for a new one as of now. Often turns her brain off to avoid thinking about the situation she's in.

2. Scott Spencer
A young marine recruit who wants to fulfill his fathers dream for him. Really just a tailor who happened to get his hands on a devilfruit. Snappy, but secretly a poet, though a poet with a lisp.

NPCs/dead/retired

Guri:
A young Fishman with a cute face and a manipulative, ruthless mind. Will steal, cheat, lie, backstab and kill if it serves his purpose.
He's a skilled navigator, manipulator, and thief, and carries a sword with him, though he's not a master swordman by far.

Miyu Delaney:
The most softhearted and nice person you'll ever meet, but seems to always blame herself for things. Always ready to help people, even the enemy.
With her logia powers, she can use smoke to defend herself, though she prefers running or talking it over.

Iris Segal
An incredibly attractive woman, and lethal. She has a strong hate for pirates, though more of a personal hate than a professional one. But she utilizes it well, and she's ruthless enough to manipulate every man around her into doing her bidding and helping her reach her goals, even if that means they die. Truly, she despises men, but sees them as worthy tools. Proud, but in a way that allows her bowing down to people if it helps her, she is a woman you should either love, or fear, or both.

Nathaniel Clovers
A hybrid trying to redeem herself and her mother though neither has done anything wrong. Also an official inofficial informant of the world government.

Ajax Sinclair
A young marine with an odd job: spying out pirate crews to determine bounties or plans. Has a very bad temper, but is a brilliant actor. Raised by a rich family, he has picked up some manners, and also haggling skills.
In fights, he mostly uses close combat, though no specific style. His brawling skills are quite a thing, and with his devilfruit power, he becomes even stronger.

Jamil Kadar:
A used to be serial killer, used to be torturer, used to be guard who now serves Johan as a right hand man. It's unknown why he is so obsessed with the man, but he's extremely protective over him, though cold towards almost anyone else. Some get the impression that he's a ticking bomb, and as soon as Johan isn't there to hold him back, he'll go wild.

Zuzen Bjarnesen:
A revolutionary, though rather because he needs the protection than because he's actually ready to fight for anything. A coward at heart, but hides it under a cheerful exterior. He has his courageous moments, but all he wants is to live. Mostly, he's being teamed up with Jamil, though Johan says he never teams anyone up, and Zuzen and Jamil just stick together because they fit so well.

Jackson (1):
Only ever called Jackson, he is a marine soldier who is permanently wearing a cap dragged deep into his face. He seems to be loyal to Talitha, and serves as her source of information, nanny and sometimes parent. He barely ever shows feelings, but Talitha sees him as a friend, and anyone who'd dare harm him would have to face her wrath. Though he seems to sometimes disappear and then reappear. Talitha stated once that even she couldn't track him.

Jackson (2):
A revolutionary calling himself Jackson who always hides his eyes under a hat, and doesn't seem to want anyone to see them, or possibly his forhead. He was the one who brought Johan out of hiding, and follows him as a trusted member of his crew. Polite and always friendly, there seems to be a bigger purpose to him.
Recently, he has sold Johan off to the government, which has accidentally wounded him badly. Though he has been saved and brought back to the ship, he has not yet woken up. Since Johan is looking for a mechanic to help him, it seems he is a kind of cyborg, but what he is, where he came from or what he wants is yet unknown.

Adelaide/Carrie and Adrian Frideswide:
Johan's children, who he has given to a family in North Blue after his revolution cost their mothers, the princesse's life. While Adrian barely even remembers his father, Carrie will never forget him. She hates him with a passion, and has sworn revenge. As of now, she and her gang of delinquents are busy causing trouble and protecting the island.

Althea De Vries
An extremist, to the heart. Where she sees injustice, she erases it, or dies trying. A graceful and strong fighter with a feared weapon: The greatsword Epiphany, last work of the legendary blacksmith Grandolf. She uses it like a true master, and will only stay down when dead or knocked out.

Alvaro Del Bosque
An elegant assassin who has a way with words, romance, and weapons. Has been known to have worked for all sides at some point, with the exception of the marine, which has finally caught him some time ago. As of now, spends his days in Impel Down, though if he was to get out of his cell, there's a good chance he could escape even the eyes of the most watchful guard.
Hector Stavros:
A merman who cannot, for the life of him, decide on anything properly. It is unknown whether he hates humans or absolutely adores them, but he has a serious weakness for the females, at least, which depresses him at times. Spends most of his days in grim solitude, since he's busy enough beating himself up over stuff and doesn't need others to argue with as well.
Instead of dealing damage, he specializes on incapitating an enemy, which has to do with him and his siblings fighting as a team in the past. He does so with ropes and hookswords.

Carmen Espinosa:
A punker girl who is also a chaperone. She has been caught and brought to Impel Down some time ago, along with her weapon, Dahlia, the snake sword. It's her luck that the sword will only accept the ones who it has been given to out of free will as its masters, and thus, it has been useless for the marine so far.

Berthold:
A man who has the power to turn into a donkey or a hybrid, and quickly decided to stay as a donkey most of the time. When human, he tends to wear way too little clothing (habits). The loyal compaion and "big brother" of Althea, and a good man, but wth a habit of seeing things a little too pessimistic.

"The Gambler":
A scientist once famed for his genius. He was one of the elite scientists of the government, but walked on paths that were too dark even for them. Rumor has it he tampered with corpses, turned living humans into monstrosities in horrible experiments.... But rumor has much when it comes to him. He practically lives on rumors. Though no one can deny that he travels with a monstrosity that looks very human, and a bit dead. As of now, his existence itself is a secret, as he should have been executed years ago, but escaped under unknown circumstances.

"Jaques":
Companion to "The gambler". Most of the time, it looks human, but only because of a device that creates this illusion. It's true form is that of a mostrosity with horribly elongated, sharp fingers. Though it can take the shape of a human, it can still be found out due to its absolutely blank eyes.

Rashmi Kaur:
A revolutionary leader with an intense hate for marines and possibly Johan, though some say she actually loves him. Absolutely beautiful, and with the best defense one can have: turning into diamond. She lost a fight for an island against the marine and Wally's crew, and has been transferred to Impel Down.

Ziv:
A mute dancer and animal tamer. She stumbles through life trying to find her teacher, who has disappeared. With her horde of rats and Abo, her ferret, she's a capable thief, though not a good fighter. If it comes to a worst case scenario, she can command her rats to attack, or uses a knife, and should not be underestimated.

Jake Cooney:
A strong and kind tuna fishman with a big heart. Though he's not educated or even smart, he is a good friend and very protective.
His fishman karate combined with his genetical advantage make him an enemy to fear.

The Rosberg family:
A family of world nobles, very high class. They have been known to have som eof their children join the military or government as a tradition.

Alphonso von Rosberg:
An old man who seems to be a high class government agent. The ones who know him fear him, the others just don't know him yet, and only respect him.
Something about him seems highly unsettling, his very being commands respect, undieing loyalty, and, at the moment, only his good for nothing nephew seems to be abl to stand up to him, though his tries are more pathetic than endearing. At the moment, he appears to be in charge of something concerning Johan Firdeswide, or possibly all revolutionaries, but he's not exactly chatty when it comes to his missions or goals.

Theodore von Rosberg:
A young, cocky man with a love for wine, women and song, though not in a good way. Uses others for his purposes and has no feelings of guilt when throwing their lives away for his cause. He spends his days as a cutthroat and bounty hunter against the will of his family, though he appears to work for the government at least part time. Also Alphonso's aforementioned nephew, who the old man himself betrothed to Esther, Theo's cousin, so he would have to settle down and stop being such a pathetic excuse for a rebel. Theo's response to that is to be around even less and hate his betrothed more for what she is than who she is. Wow, what a charmer.

Nerissa von Rosberg:
Theodore's half sister. One eight giant, she is taller and stronger than normal humans, and can easily compete even with fishmen. She appears to be a voice of sanity when it comes to her brother's deeds, but is too loyal to actually protest against his partly violent, partly unethical, partly even vile actions.

Esther von Rosberg:
Theodores fiancee, though she knows he hates it and most likely her. She tries to please him in any way she can, just so that he'll love her, at least a bit, even though she doesn't really love him. She tries to tell herself that her love for him is true and real and the marriage was arranged because she wanted it, and is doing a good job at that. In her free time, she's a hobby magician, though she's working for the government, just like her father Alphonso, who she doesn't resemble at all, in looks or personality (except for her light gray eyes, which are a family trait). She's a sweet girl, to boot, and really deserves better than this.

Mercenaries (feel free to recruit if needed):

Zacharias/Zaire Young:
At first sight, a charming young man or woman. Wait, woman? Yes. A certain someone who he travels with changes his/her gender whenever he/she wants it. But that's not important. What is important is this: Extremely dangerous! Stay away! It's not like Zack's a mindless killing machine, or will mean you harm, even if he does, you will most likely not notice until it's too late. It's rather that he entertains himself with a sick kind of game. People who know him notice how his mood swings in a matter of seconds, and how sometimes, it seems as though he's... not quite human. More someone acting like a human until their real fun begins...
As a mercenary, he specializes on kidnappings, blackmail, threats and torture.

Abraham Young:
Zacharias's "brother", a gigantic man with muscles to match. He can hold children in the palm of his hand without any problems, and it has been speculated he might be part giant, but one look at his "brother" Zacharias proves his theory to be false.
Despite his size and strenght, Abraham is kind of a wuss with low self esteem and blames himself for everything that goes wrong. It doesn't help that things he touches tend to break in his fingers, or that Zack feels the need to lay it out to him what a failure he is every chance he gets.

Lin Jing:
A young asian who seems to be able to understand all that is being said, but can only speak her own language. Incredibly athletic, and actually a tatoo artist, she joined Zacharias when he was on a mission on east blue, but why she would ever do it is unknown. Seems to be very loyal to him, following every single one of his orders, and would throw the life of any other members of the little group away if only it would help her fulfill them.

Huey Young:
A young boy who has been raised by the mercenary group. Though he's been with the worst kind of people all his life, and has basically only ever learned how to murder, kidnap and threaten people, anyone who talks to him for longer than five minutes can see that had he gotten a normal childhood, he'd be the most wonderful and cute little guy. He's cheerful and optimistic, but being Zacks little favourite is bad for him. Very bad.

Samuel:
A man with a weird accent and the abilities of a devilfruit, but generally cheerful and nice. He doesn't really like killing people, but it's the only thing he's really good at, so he pushes his worries aside. He does get his orders mixed up at times though, didn't really get the "no killing" part or is held up by something on the way. As a mercenary, he specializes in destruction of places or on taking out bigger groups.
