History: A hard life have it been for Scarlet, she's been struggling through problem since she was little.
Her parents died when she was young so she became an orphan, when she was in the orphan house she was always bored... she always looked out through the windows... then one day she met a shipwright which cought her attention, she was intressted in ship building so she began to study it and did her own design of boats and tried to build it but in a smaller version.
Scarlet were studing for hours, days and years to become the best shipwright, when she were 16 she got a jobb at water gate 1 and were happier then anyone else.
She were going to repier a pirate ship, she wen't inside to check the damage then tripped and landed on a special box... she coughed and alot of dirt were around... then she noticed she was lying on something, it was a box and it didn't broke when she landed on it... she opened it and found a fruit, she taught it was a normal fruit so she ate it... it tasted horrible and was about to vomit... she ran out and jumped to the land and ran quickly towards an Inn when she came there she felt better... but she noticed that her right leg had become a wooden leg, she was suprised and was screaming alittle then it became normal... she wondered why then she realized what she ate was an Akuma no Mi (Devil Fruit) she was first sad but then her work became alot better in the workshop... she even began to study engineering to make ship faster.
Scarlet was thinking while she studied the engineering... how in hell am i going to become a shipwright if i cannot swim.... she then tried to vomit out the fruit and suck it out and grab it out... but nothing worked... eventually gave up and admited that she had powers now...
then through the years she became an extremely good shipwright and well known in water 7

Personality: Scarlet is a happy carefree person, she's really clumsy and loves to eat and dance... sometimes she can do really stupid thing, she's really good at making guns and rifles, and bombs ofcourse, she's good at repier damaged ships and things made of wood.
She can easy build houses and other stuff when she feels for it, and loves to stare at the moon and or the daylight sky, she can sit for hours to just stare up towards the sky...
She likes to do pranks on people and be like a child, she can be intressted in the smallest stupiest thing and she loves candy and sweet then her favorite mode activates "CHILD MODE ACTIVATE!" she's super easy to scare, she's also a big crybaby...
