But water is the only weakness of a devilfruit user. This'd be like turning yourself into seastone.

I forgot to mention that if the user falls into the water they won't be able to use their powers and will still drown like any other devil fruit user.

well how can you control a body part if it is weakend by the fruit weakness since the part became water

The user can turn for e.g an arm into water,shapping it to look like a weapon and pressurizing it so it will have a solid texture.

im not sure if that will work how can you harden water

No not by turning it into ice,the water is pumped in a circular motion at high speed and with that high speed it pressurizes.

I hate to be the one posting in other people's creation threads, but this is specifically spelled out in the rules as not allowed. I don't know what else there could be to it.

there WAS a fruit that claimed to be water in one of the movies but it was in fact a clear, water soluble liquid that retained the same properties of water but could only exist in liquid form... but it was not in fact water, but a clear, almost purpleish substitute.... all and all an actual water water fruit breaks our rules on banned abilities
