Shira! She looks fantastic, and I could tell who she was without reading the name. The drawing itself is pretty much amazing, too. I can't wait to see any other characters you decide to do

I feel like you did a good job not only with the drawing, but with making her look like an actual One Piece character. The face in particular looks very faithful to the series' style. Colour me impressed.
