Capabilities: The user of this fruit can create and manipulate tar. They cannot change the heat of the tar to make it hot or cold, it comes out at room temperature. Of course, the tar can be melted by extreme heat and extreme cold can freeze it. (I'm not sure what else to make it do. I think this is enough though.)
