Appearance: Klarius is on the taller side and physically fit, healthy and even perhaps quite attractive. He has lighter toned skin and very dark brown hair which he wears feathered back with stray strands falling forward from time to time and just over the nape of his neck in length. His eyes are an unnatural but deep dark green color with blue pupils. His face has defined yet shark features and he commands an air of sophistication and relaxed impartiality. His voice is deep but not authoritative and he never appears tense, angry or dirty always composed cool and clean.

Klarius wears a white overcoat with a high, flat and rectangular collar worn up at all times and stiff. The coat itself is lose and baggy with a black interior and trim. Under the coat he wears a brown robe with black trim down the middle with silver triangular buttons. His mid section has a red hakama like sash on it, below this and after the end of his shirt are a pair of green loose fitting pants falling to his tan colored shoes. Everything about his outfit is pristine, pressed, clean and unlike most people never seems to get dirty in combat no mater what hits him. His weapons are worn on his back like an overloaded backpack.

History: Menos always was a man of exceptional talent, growing up weather it was school or sports or arguments he always seemed to come out on top. Early on in his life Menos was able to see the world for what it was, a war zone between an old and corrupt government and a band of common thieves and murderers and also the advantages such a world had to offer. At the age of sixteen having already become fully educated Menos set out to make his fortune founding a successful trade company out of his own efforts till he was eighteen. Though he was successful he found that he always had to kick back his profits to pirates or crooked marines and slowly he came to a realization, the real power in a world based in violence was not money, it was status. Selling his shipping company to a wealthy arms dealer Menos began his training to become powerful mastering the fine art of swordplay and even the military secret arts of rokushiki with his vast fortunes until he was confidant in his abilities. It was then that Menos went to seek out ways to obtain status, not of noble birth the highest Menos could shoot for would be either fleet admiral or pirate king and so began his quest to strive for either rank. In his searching Menos became aware of a devil fruit which would bestow him the power he craved and went to find a band of hapless cut thoughts to help him find it.

Personality: Klarius is a composed, confidant intellectual who approaches life with an attitude of understanding which some mistake for arrogance. He often tries to make small talk with his enemies even in the middle of combat. Klarius is a master manipulator who is skilled at winning arguments and persuading others with his great charisma and well rounded knowledge and loose ideology. Klarius never seems to overestimate anyone carefully planning out his actions before hand and is apparently fond of complex schemes. Klarius tends to be very elegant and proper most of the time and never loses his cool, in fact he never raises his voice or becomes winded even when in mortal danger. Unlike most others he remains reasonable and humble even in triumph and always treats people as equals. Despite all his rational reasonable qualities Klarius is first and foremost an opportunistic manipulator who is skilled at getting what he wants.

Menos established a crew of his own and sent them to the sky islands to aquire materials while he found a band of disloyal uninteligable mercinaries to aid him in his goal of aquireing the Kyomei no mi. What followed was a pirfectly exicuted plan, the mission that the mercinaries thought they were taking was in fact a trap to get the devil fruit of Meno's dreams in his hand and with his newfound power he decimated their numbers and killed their captain before returning to his crew and quest of power

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
-Modifyed Soru; A high speed maneuvering technique in which the user kicks the ground ten times in an instant to achieve speeds faster than the eye for short distances, in Menos' case he uses the resonance coming off of his feet to hover an inch above the ground and push himself forward at greater speeds from the lack of friction
-"Slow" Tekkai; A defensive technique in which the user tenses up their bodies to become as hard as steel, this cannot be performed while moving and can be broken with energy based attacks Menos uses the waves coming off his body in this state to slow down all the air around him nullifying air based attacks such as flames and ryankyaku as well as slowling all phisical attacks to a crawl
-Modifyed Geppou; A technique in which the user kicks the air so quickly that they can “push off” of the air itself to jump multiple times off of nothing and move mid air, Klarius no longer needs to jump but rather send up a forcefull wave from his feet to apear that he is flying and can therefore balance soru and gheppou much beter than most rokushiki users
-"Automatic" Rokuougan; After taking an attack with Takkai the user sends the force of the attack back out from their hands in the form of a shockwave similar to an impact dial, Menos uses his own waves as a substitue for being damaged so that he can unleash the technique with one hand at any time he wishes and amplify the enargy of damage taken in tekki ten fold
-"Disperse": a technique in which Menos sends a destructive wave pushing all in its radious away from him
-Quash: a technique in which Menos consentraits his resoance in to the ground to create large shockwaves though it and kick up a large amount of dust in the process, this technique can also be used to destroy the decks of ships that he stands on
-three hundred and sixty degree king pistol: a technique in which menos sorus around an oponent and performs multipul Rokuougans point blank aiming to uterly destroy the target
-Pacify: a technique in which Menos catches an oponents weapon with his hand (unharmed do to his resonance and tekkai) before sending a destructive impulse through the weapon casuing it to shatter

Nikz, just so you know, WIP in a character's name stands for Work In Progress. Admin-Sama has hit a particularly nasty bump, because he has not prepared a history yet. And he's working on it, I assure you.
