is the braclet intelegent? otherwise how would it know what to shape the silver in to and when to shape it?

I may be wrong, but I think Karsh Garai has the fruit, and can manipulate it with the silver silver fruit.

Yes. I have also registered a Silver Silver Fruit so that I can change its shape
