He can't make himself levitate. No exceptions to that rule.
Presumeably you need a crew.

One of Unholy was just approved 530mili berri (The one he wants to be a Shichibukai).
But does that mean despite the fruit being capable of levitating myself and not other living things. I wont be able to?

You know what? I don't care about the bounty.
No, the fruit was able to levitate Shiki because he leviataed his clothes and his prosthetic sword-legs.

If he can only levitate himself, I don't see the problem with that, but you will have to edit that in the fruit description. If you then add more to description and personality, I can't see why this can't be approved.

I dont just levitate myself. I levitate non living stuff. If what is being said is shiki could only fly cause his sword legs were levitated then. I will change that part.
