Description: Saints hand is basically a hand made of kairouseki, it is extremely hard and is near impossible to break, but it is very heavy meaning only certain people can use it

weapon special abilities: Being made of Kairouseki it can negate DF powers on contact, the only other way it can do this, is if the uses touches the ground and emits tiny pebbles of Kairouseki which while do not weaken the enemy,it screws up all DF abilities in the 10 metre radius, the pebbles all have a thin layer of glue which allows it to attach to people

History: The WG made this prototype weapon, however it is so heavy that only a few powerful people can use it. It was stolen by Tiberius after his return and now belongs to him, there is only one of its kind so far

I may not be reading this right, but it looks like this weapon negates DF powers in a radius. Kairouseki only removes powers on contact.

yea, but this one has the power to emit some karouseki rays, its not powerfu enough to weaken the enemy but it can stop df powers, the condtion however is that the hand must not leave the ground

Sorry, but I'm going to have to stick with the ruling that seastone does not work that way..

I am not opposed to the idea, but I suggest finding a way that it could work within the setting.

That would work. Make them coated in a thin layer of glue and they also will stick to things! But just edit the main description and it should be approved.
