Approval- You'll need it!

The following requires my or another administators approval:
* Characters (NO CANON CHARACTORS WILL BE APROVED)
* Devil Fruits
* Custom Weapons
* Crews



**YOU CANNOT USE WHAT YOU CREATE UNLESS IT GETS APPROVED**
Even admins need approval.
The section chief moderator has the right to revoke any approval, except one by that section's designated administrator.
Administrators may revoke any approval that is within their jurisdiction.



**YOU CANNOT POST IN A SUBMISSION THREAD UNLESS YOU ARE DIRECTLY INVOLVED WITH THE SUBMISSION**
If you are creating something for someone else, they have the right to post within the thread.
Mods and Admins may post at any time if it is relevant towards approval or denial, though normal permissions and authority still applies.
