Weapon Name: Seastone Chains Description: Chain made of seastone, which is handled as a whip. Weapon Special Abilities: The chains have the ability to deactivate Devil Fruit powers. The chain will wrap around something with a life of its own, when swung. History: Wielded by Ti'ar Urtu'as, a Marine in Yuare. Ti'ar crafted this out of seastone just in case a pirate had a Devil Fruit.
