Shashka

Weapon name: Shashka.
Description:The Shashka is a special kind of sabre, a sharp single edged, single handed and guardless sword. In appearance the shashka was a blend between a sabre and a straight sword.
Weapon special abilities: Customized to unleash high powered shockwave that can usually smash the other guy and his weapon in a pulp if a direct hit is made. Activated by turning the hilt to the right, which stirs up a special fuel that boosts the blade's striking power while the shockwave is used by swinging the Shashka at 40km/h.
History: The shashka was often used among the mountain tribes of the Caucasus and then used by most of the Cossacks. So there are two styles of shashka: the Caucasian shashka and the Cossack shashka.

Ouh! This one looks more asian than I was expecting. Silly me!
These wind currents made by the sword, I've used something similar in my first character. How I explained it was the weapon is extremely sharp and works similar to ryankaku.
This is perfectly reasonable in my view, if I was an admin, I would approve. >.> yet I'm not...

Yeah...I help when they aen't online, though it sometimes makes admin-sama mad...I just took specific interest in this one. Seeing sabre got me started.

*clears his throat* The wave is powerful to leave a pretty deep cut if it's a direct hit, but pretty useless otherwise.

So I'd say about 5, maybe 4.

it leaves cuts? its a SHOCKWAVE not an air slash... (every other single ranger cutting attack in OP is an air slash, EVERY SINGLE ONE!)

Allow me to fix that up.

I just thought that you were using a wave to be unique, like you know, send it in to the other guys sword to shatter it or something...

Keep in mind that the shockwave should be the user's ability. For the sword to have an ability it would have to be either mechanical in some way or infused with a devil fruit.

Alright, I made my final revision in light of this.
Hopefully it makes more sense.
